Exit Forward is led by Bodie Czeladka and Tom Parker. The left brain and the right brain.

Bodie founded Dilate in 2012. Tom (ex-CPA) joined in 2018. Together they grew it to over 80 people and worked alongside hundreds of small businesses across Australia.
